To get the Wind Turbine you must have the rank of Village (300 Habitants) and a good demand for power (electricity).
Usage and Output Edit
Wind Turbines are the second form of generating electricity you would build in Vanilla Theotown. What is interesting about them is that they make noise but no pollution. They generate 200KwH per month, while having a cost of $2000 and a $350 monthly fee.
